A UNICORN! Dr. Wagener is truly ONE-OF-A-KIND! I have been “dentist hopping” for a while gathering second and third and fourth opinions on some work I want done. He is the ONLY one to stop and take the time to get to know us (my kids were with me!). You can tell how much he cares about his patients and practice! Very rare to find these days.

If I could nit pick one teeny tiny thing—it would be to have a kid friendly area in the waiting room. Bringing kids to appointments is not particularly fun—but a few kid-friendly touches would go a long way!

Best Dentist I’ve ever been to!!! From the phone, to the greeting at the front desk, and being called back, I was blown away by the courteous staff! WOW!! Amazing people! So nice, I was walked back to a room given the option to hang my coat and set my keys/phone down on the counter and notified the Dr was visiting one person before me. He stopped in to shake my hand and say hi on his way and assured me he would be right back. The entire staff knew what was there for, a little personal tidbit of my life and timeline and then when he came in, he had a conversation with me about myself before ever even talking about my teeth. Absolutely loved my appointment!
